Your cancellation is not confirmed until you receive a written reply or confirmation from our team. Kindly use clear language to specify whether you are canceling or requesting to reschedule. 📌 3. Late Arrivals If you arrive or contact us more than 15 minutes late without notice, your session may be shortened or rescheduled depending on our availability. Partial or full service fees may apply in such cases. Clients are responsible for informing us in advance if delays are expected. 📌 4. Repeated Cancellations / No-Shows Repeated short-notice cancellations or no-shows (e.g., more than twice in a 30-day period) may result in temporary suspension of booking privileges.
