Service Description
📌 Whether you need help calling a landlord, hospital, service provider, or office in Thailand — we’re here to bridge the language gap and get things done. 💼 What We Offer • Make or receive phone calls on your behalf in Thai • Speak professionally with clinics, landlords, delivery services, banks, etc. • Clarify information, book appointments, or help resolve issues • Follow up with messages or summaries in English after the call • Emergency requests available (subject to availability) 💰 Pricing • ฿390 per 30-minute session (includes up to 2 calls) • ฿300 per additional 30 minutes • +฿100 surcharge for urgent bookings (less than 6 hours notice) • Outside Bangkok: Transportation/travel fees apply and are quoted separately 📍 Service Area • Available within Bangkok only • Services outside Bangkok may be accepted with prior arrangement and additional fees ❌ What We Don’t Do • We do not impersonate you in official, legal, or government-related matters • We do not engage in fraudulent, illegal, or misleading communication • We do not access or handle your bank accounts, passwords, or confidential logins • We do not guarantee the results or outcome of any phone call or negotiation ⚠️ Additional Terms • Travel expenses, if needed, must be covered by the client (e.g., taxi, delivery fees) • While we act professionally and in good faith, the final decision or consequences remain the client's responsibility 📞 Service Hours • Monday to Friday | 09:00 – 18:00 (Bangkok time) • Bookings outside service hours may be accepted by special request only ❌ What We Do NOT Do 🚫 We do not impersonate you in legal matters (e.g., court, visa interviews, official statements) 🚫 We do not engage in any fraudulent or illegal activity 🚫 We do not provide this service outside of Bangkok without extra travel fees 🚫 We do not accept calls or tasks that require access to bank accounts or passwords 🗺️ Service Area 📍 Bangkok only. Cancellation Policy
We highly value your time — and ours. To ensure smooth, fair, and respectful scheduling for all clients, please carefully review the following booking policy: 📌 1. Cancellations & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 12 hours in advance for a full refund or credit. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment time may result in a 50% service charge. Missed appointments (“no-shows”) may be charged in full and could affect your ability to make future bookings. 📌 2. How to Cancel or Reschedule Please notify us clearly via email, LINE, chat, or your booking dashboard. Your cancellation is not confirmed until you receive a written reply or confirmation from our team. Kindly use clear language to specify whether you are canceling or requesting to reschedule. 📌 3. Late Arrivals If you arrive or contact us more than 15 minutes late without notice, your session may be shortened or rescheduled depending on our availability. Partial or full service fees may apply in such cases. Clients are responsible for informing us in advance if delays are expected. 📌 4. Repeated Cancellations / No-Shows Repeated short-notice cancellations or no-shows (e.g., more than twice in a 30-day period) may result in temporary suspension of booking privileges. We reserve the right to deny service in cases of consistent disregard for our time or policies. 📌 5. Disclaimer of Results We strive to communicate on your behalf with professionalism and care. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes from any phone call or negotiation. This service is intended as a communication support tool, not as legal or contractual representation. The final responsibility and decision-making remain with the client. 📌 6. Travel & External Costs If travel or in-person follow-up is required, all transportation, tolls, and related costs will be covered by the client. We are not liable for delays or disruptions caused by third-party services such as taxis or delivery providers. 📌 7. Agreement to Terms By booking this service, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to assisting you.
